Dr. Lauren Lautzenhiser, R.Psych., CPBC #1621
I’m a registered psychologist, trained in child development and psychological assessment. I practice from a relationship-based perspective and have experience working on multi-disciplinary teams and conducting play therapy.
I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Fuller Theological Seminary School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA; a program accredited by the American Psychological Association. After completing my degree, I worked at BC Children’s Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children, and West Coast Child Development Group. In addition to my work in Vancouver, I also conduct early childhood psychological assessments in northern BC communities.
On the personal side, I enjoy travel, being outside, and contemplative spiritual practices. I love spending time with my husband, our teenage sons, and extended family. I delight in good fiction, good friends, the occasional creative or crafty project, and many simple pleasures.
